What is Surfpin®?
Surfpin is a telephony based payment solution that allows us to accept payment via Pay by Cell (SMS, UK only) and Pay by Phone (IVR) in the Guild Wars In-Game Store.
How can I use the Surfpin payment option?
In the Guild Wars In-Game Store, select either an Extra Character Slot or the GoTY Upgrade, and click “Buy with Phone”. From your home phone, dial the phone number that will be displayed on the screen and follow the voice prompts. Once you have received your PIN number, enter that number in the field provided on the Surfpin Payment page in the Guild Wars In-Game Store and click the “Submit” button.
The purchased item will be automatically added to your Guild Wars account.
In what countries can I use the Surfpin payment option?
The Surfpin payment option is currently only available in the United States, United Kingdom and Germany.

What if I have difficulties with my Surfpin transaction?
If you’re having difficulty using the Surfpin payment option, please click the “Support” link on the Surfpin payment screen. Doing so will launch a pop-up window containing Surfpin’s FAQ, which has answers for many common questions and a support contact form.
